This project saw the addition of bathroom, laundry and storage space to a 1930s-era Durham, NC home. Trinity also contributed a full exterior refresh that included new roofing.
Rosemary
This interior renovation of a historic Chapel Hill, NC home included extensive updates to the primary bathroom to add an enclosed shower, a refinished antique tub, new toilet room, and custom vanity; custom wardrobe cabinetry was also added in the primary bedroom. Original wood flooring and cabinetry throughout the house was carefully refinished, with new countertops installed in the kitchen.
Buckhorn
This extensive renovation of a 1970s home in Efland, NC included the addition of a new garage, deck, screened porch and guest suite.
